ABOUT
Strategic Counsel for Families, Estates, and Businesses
Meet Tracey Parker: Your Partner in Life, and End of Life, Planning
I began my career in probate and estate administration more than twenty years ago, first as a paralegal and later as an attorney. Too often, I witnessed the strain families faced when their loved one failed to plan properly, or when outdated documents inadequately reflect new realities—blended families, changing relationships, or evolving commitments.
In those moments, grieving families were left to make difficult decisions amidst a painful time, without the clarity or benefit of vision or planning. Those experiences shaped my conviction that estate planning must be both strategic and forward-looking.
Today, I focus on helping families, professionals, and business owners put structures in place that anticipate change, minimize uncertainty, and reduce the burdens left behind. My goal is simple: to ensure that what clients have built is protected, and that their wishes remain clear and effective when they matter most.
Planning that fits your life, now
I understand that my clients lead demanding lives, balancing careers, families, and responsibilities that leave little room for traditional office visits.
My approach is built around flexibility, offering non-traditional hours and remote services designed to fit into the way people actually live and work.
I believe estate and business planning shouldn’t add complexity to an often over-scheduled life. I’ve structured my services to remove burdens, bring clarity, and create a sense of control.
By meeting clients where they are, I make it possible to plan strategically without disrupting the rhythm of your lives.
Extended Hours, On Your Time
Because life doesn’t pause at five o’clock, I offer early morning, evening and select weekend appointments so you can plan without stepping away from your workday.
Flexible, Wherever You Are
Estate and business planning should meet you where you are—whether that’s remotely, at home, or even at your office.
Timelines That Match Your Needs
When time is critical, I can move quickly to deliver completed plans on accelerated schedules—without sacrificing precision.
Efficient & Accessible Digital Process
We work remotely and on your schedule. Meetings are via video call, drafts with recorded walkthroughs can be reviewed at your own pace, and final signings can be completed at your convenience.

The Process
Legal planning doesn’t have to be overwhelming. My process is designed to be clear, flexible, and convenient to ensure you can move through a visible process with confidence at every stage.
Step 1: Schedule a Consultation
Begin with a complimentary 30-minute Zoom consultation, scheduled here. This is a chance to discuss your needs, ask questions, and explore whether working together is the right fit.
Step 2: Intake & Preparation
When we decide to move forward, we’ll sign an engagement letter and you’ll submit the engagement fee. Once the fee is paid, we will have a longer Zoom intake call. For married folks, both spouses will attend this session. You will complete a customized questionnaire in advance of the intake call.
Step 3: Document Review, On Your Time
After our intake call, I provide draft documents within a mutually agreed on timeline. Along with the documents, I will share a personalized video walkthrough explaining key terms and provisions. You can review at your own pace, with clarity and context built in.
Step 4: Execution Made Easy
Once you’re comfortable with the documents, we’ll schedule the signing. The signing can be accomplished remotely, in a conference space, in your home, or at a location convenient for you. We can discuss this at our intake. The choice is yours.
